Items Use Policy

Before using the Website, please read this Items Use Policy (“Policy”) completely.

This Items Use Policy governs the use of digital items, digital content, and in-site assets (the “Items”) available on cs2run.gg / csrun.gg (the “Site”), operated by the Site Administration (“we”, “us”, “our”).

For the purposes hereof, “Site Administration” means LATECNOLOGIA LIMITED, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, with registration number HE 47929, and registered office at Franklinou Rousvelt, 170 LIMASSOL CHAMBER 2nd floor, Omonoia, 3048, Limassol, Cyprus.

By using the Site and acquiring Items, you agree to this Items Use Policy, the Terms of Service, Credits Policy, and Refund & Return Policy.

1. Nature of Items

1.1. Items available on the Site are digital entertainment assets provided for entertainment and in-site use only.

1.2. Items, available on our Site:

• are not physical goods;
• have no real-world monetary value;
• do not represent property, units, or financial instruments.

1.3. Items remain the intellectual property of the Site or its licensors.

2. License Grant

2.1. The Site grants the user the right to access and use Items exclusively within the Site’s interface.

2.2. This license:

• is personal to the user;
• may not be sublicensed, sold, assigned, or transferred;
• terminates automatically upon account suspension or termination.

2.3. This right of access is personal, non-transferable, and remains active only as long as the user’s account is in good standing.

3. Permitted Use

3.1. Certain Items may include the functionality to be transferred to the user’s Steam account as digital skins for CS2/CS:GO.

3.2. The transfer of such Items is a final action. Once a transfer to an external platform is initiated, the service is considered fully and irreversibly rendered.

3.3. The Site is not responsible for any restrictions, trade bans, or actions taken by third-party platforms, such as Valve or Steam, regarding transferred Items.

4. Prohibited Use

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• selling, reselling, exchanging, or transferring Items outside the Site;
• attempting to convert Items into real money or cryptounits;
• using Items for gambling, trading, or marketplace activity not authorized by the Site;
• exploiting bugs, errors, or unintended mechanics involving Items;
• using third-party tools, bots, or automation related to Items.

Any such actions may result in sanctions under the Terms of Service.

5. Item Consumption and Finality

5.1. An Item is considered fully delivered and the service fully rendered at the moment it is unboxed, revealed, or transferred to the user’s inventory on the Site.

5.2. Used or activated Items cannot be reversed, returned, or refunded, except as required by law or explicitly stated in the Refund & Return Policy.

6. Item Availability and Changes

6.1. The Site provides access to Items on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. The Site does not guarantee that any specific Item will be available at all times.

6.2. The Site Administration reserves the right at its sole discretion, to:

• modify, replace, or remove Items from the catalog;
• adjust the technical characteristics or visual appearance of Items ;
• discontinue specific features, interactive elements, or unboxing options without prior notice.

6.3. Any such modifications, replacements, or removals are considered part of the standard service update process and do not entitle users to refunds, compensation, or any form of reimbursement.

7. Account Suspension and Items

7.1. If a user account is suspended or terminated due to a violation of the Terms of Service:

• access to Items may be restricted or revoked;
• unused Items or Credits may be forfeited.

7.2. Refunds in such cases are governed solely by the Refund & Return Policy.

8. Technical Issues

8.1. The Site is not liable for any loss of Items, failed transfers, or malfunctions resulting from :

• user actions;
• third-party platform interruptions ;
• technical failures or "Acts of God" beyond the Site’s reasonable control.

8.2. In the event of a verified technical error solely attributable to the Site's internal systems, the Site Administration may, at its discretion:

• restore the Item;
• provide an equivalent Item;
• issue Credits.

9. No Ownership Rights

9.1. Users acknowledge that acquiring Items does not grant ownership rights.

9.2. Items are provided as digital access rights, not as a transfer of ownership. .

10. Compliance and Legal Notice

10.1. Items are not intended to constitute electronic money, securities, or financial products.

10.2. This Policy is designed to comply with digital content regulations and payment provider requirements, including those of card payment processors.

11. Policy Updates

The Site Administration reserves the right to modify this Items Use Policy at any time.

Changes take effect upon publication on the Site.
